    This! Last place I was in that I felt the casino was the main focus was the Stardust

    Here is an updated article about how much water the new lagoon will use, and how it is actually more water efficient than the current golf course. Wynn has the water rights under the golf course that was grandfathered in from the Desert Inn days. it says that there are wells on the property, so no Lake Mead water

    Okay, so this is interesting. I was poking around Vegas Today & Tomorrow and found this original rendering of the Bellagio, back when it was stilled planned with the name Beau Rivage:

    How will this be paid for? Last year Wynn cut its dividend.

    Also he will need to make $850k per day in extra profit from this to make it a worthwhile investment over 20 years.
    I don't see that happening.
