Still nine holes there! Eventually. I'm going to be at Aria mostly. Wynn probably because it is imo the nicest with the best customer service. I haven't had any problems with the casino comps or amenities at all. Haven't noticed any downgrades at all but I'm positive it is due to my host. Would love to try mansion but my play doesn't warrant it. Maybe shifter will take me one day. I'm asked why not Cosmo? Been there done that. I was there for their opening and maybe 35 stays after for the first two years. Don't like the crowd of 20 something's strolling around playing their 10 bucks and acting like 20 something's. The terrible comps and pressure to play is atrocious. . They nickel and dime and that is a turn off as well. Taylon is great but no craps in there and I really don't want to play bj or bacc for bigger money. I'm just waiting for the next new great place to open. Looks like I will be waiting a long time. So TBONE my friend, the answer is yes. I still will go to wynn with no course and check into the aria for a day so I can golf at shadow. Aria as of now will be number one followed by Wynn. At least until pgp fucks with me too much!

A 38 acre lagoon when the county had to build a third pipeline to take in Lake Mead's dwindling reserves? Great.

    I have an idea....

... if the name isn't taken by a different foolhardy and garish development already, Wynn should call it Lake Las Vegas.

Do you have any idea how much water it takes on a golfcourse with many water features like Wynn in August heat?
    Obviously none.

    You mean like toilet water?
So the lagoon will really be a cess pool?

I've read its actually from their own well drilled in the 50s down to the aquifer.

All Vegas pools are cesspools. Think of the number of unwashed balls and vaginas congregating in there. There's no way some of those people are getting in good showers when they are sharing a room with seven other people . The rooms don't even come stocked with enough hand towels for everyone to wash their butts with.

They might also drill down to pull the groundwater, which isn't potable because the mineral content is too high. No way they'll be dipping into the actual drinking water supply for this. Vegas has become a marvel of recycled/reclaimed water. More to do, but they're made great strides.

Several years back, in my single days, I lived at this apartment complex with a ridiculous, club-style pool scene. It was great at the time ... but, damn, every Saturday and Sunday, by the time the sun started settling down, there was just this sheen of stuff that put the cess in cesspool. So gross. Pools are gross. But fun! :wineglass:
