In truth, Ken, I defend you to other VMBers more than any other poster. I appreciate the "cheer up" PM's you send me.
I truly don't know what I just did to piss you off. I'm trying to get over a few really bad days and put them behind me and move on and get the most out of next week's trip.
I said I wouldn't apologize, but I do, to the entire Board. I even apologize to Aaron.

Ken....that was my" Where is Sco" thread.....I also got a slap on the hand. Really didn't understand....how could that be offensive to anyone?
I was told that as people quit posting or leave the board, they may want their privacy or something like that....I personally thought it was silly but....ok - it is not my board.

 

Funny, I emailed Sco and she couldn't believe it. Nice of you to try to start a normal, harmless dialogue about someone who touched a lot of people.

 

Have been noticing that Sonya is commenting on most posts....TR / Introduce yourself....etc. This did not happen in the past....did she possibly lose her monitors that have been around for years? Appears she is the only person responding recently......interesting. It makes me sad that things have taken this strange twist - VMG has been my favorite LV board for many years....

 

Seems like a lot of us "old timers" are gone. The people who helped create traffic in the early days are very scarce. The board needed the influx of new blood that it got years ago, and it attracted most of you there. But like everyone has said, the constant over moderation there made things a lot worse. Sonya is who she is, and is not going to change her views on anything. If that is what she wants to do, then it's her toy and she can play with it how she wants to. I'm happy we all have somewhere to go and live through others when we just can't be there as much as we would like to be. Nice to see others trickling over here!

 

While viewing VMB, I see Joe started a thread stating he left and his reasons....

We need to try to be more "inclusive" of all people here in our manner and responses. I've been reading Joe for years and he carries a lot of weight.

It's great to talk about all the elite stuff like Aria- Bellagio-Cosmo,,etc, but people stay at all levels of resorts and we need to include and talk with and with interest those groups too...
