i never tip, at the bellagio the maid stole my ray bans....good job they was fake

 

I had make up and perfume stolen before. I still tipped the next day and figured if they needed it that bad they could have it. I buy all my products new before each trip so I don't have to worry about them coming open and they travel better in the suitcases in their original boxes. I had them all setting at the vanity and when we came back late that night all the MAC products and my Fantasy perfume was gone. Lol I'd rather that than my clothes...or my safe emptied out. I do now keep all my jewelry in the safe instead of leaving the bag out like I use to.

 

I keep all my jewelry and my medication in the safe -- not that I am on that much. I usually have some Xanax or Restoril probably a little too tempting if I leave it out. I only bring costume jewelry but I have a few pieces I really like.

 

I have tons of jewelry and never wear it. The only time I wear anything is in Vegas and most of the time it just sits in the safe. My husband keeps buying it for every holiday no matter how many times I tell him not to buy it. I'm gonna take it all to a pawn shop or cash for diamonds or gold one of these days and blow it in Vegas. Lol

 

Well if we had a cleaning service come in, I too would run around and tidy up before they arrived. But we don't, so WE clean the house once a week. One dog, no kids, so not that bad.

I never looked into it, but how much are you people, that do have a weekly cleaning service, paying for it?

5 bd rm 3 bath three story, $96 a week. We don't "clean" we declutter. They actually do a good job, the cameras all over the house send emails every minute and if something interesting pops up we go get the video for that time. Never had a problem.

We're not lazy or slobs, we're busy doing other stuff. Still do my own yard work I enjoy it. I resisted for years on getting a service, and now that we have it I love it. No more weekend chores in the house.

 

Ken, we can afford a lot, but maybe because we chose not to in the past is the reason we can afford a lot now? Just saying...

Joe, the ladies I use charge me $80. 2000-ish sq ft 3br/3ba - they do a decent job, but not "knock-your-socks-off". I only have them come every other week...gotta make some sacrifices when you're unemployed!
