    Multiple cash outs just under $10,000 doesn't get you thrown in jail, but they will bring extra attention which will be investigated. If the money was legally earned/won and originated from legitimate sources you won't go to jail. But you won't have a lot of fun with a few agencies looking into your life to see if you were, in fact, intentionally trying to avoid detection as you correctly identify as "structuring."
