Make sure you use it right before boarding. If it were much longer than 30 min I'd feel your pain.

 

I have few regrets from last year. One was riding the High Roller in what was not the Happy Hour pod. Two friends of mine and I rode it and it was 30 minutes of misery. The douchenozzle that's part Shamwow Guy and part Ryan Seacrest was the most insufferable part of the entire ride.

I'm jaded, I guess, go up Strat once or twice when a Vegas newbie and you have that look-from-on-high thing covered. I mean, it's not like Vegas is Auckland and you have that gorgeous, dramatic urbanscape perched on the edge of that oh so lovely bay and South Pacific. I think Vegas actually looks best on edge, from out southeast in old Henderson, up in the foothills before LLV. That's a cool cool effect.

Man, I did one of those helicopter things way back, and it was free, and if I'd paid I'd have been so pissed. Now the Magnum PI chopper on the north shore ...
