Hmmm...I know it was higher than $1000 and this was years ago. It was a documentary/reality type show but I can't tell you where it was they went to gamble. I've never played roulette in a casino. Who knows, but I don't think it was scripted and the devastation certainly looked real. I'm gonna google it and see if I can find it. Thanks for the response though @shifter.

I remember seeing this too. I don't recall the amount but I remember a last second switch. I even felt bad for them.

 

I am probably going to be the only one that is curious... or willing to ask. What kind of fish did you catch? Any particular fishing discipline? I.e. fly fishing? Love some good fly fishing even if my only experience has been northern California.

 

Yeah, it was a long time ago and maybe I'm confusing the wheel # with the dollar amount, but I could have sworn it was more than $1000. I felt bad for them too! Lol

 

Caught a few largemouth bass in Utah - I love fly fishing but these were caught with soft plastics & spinning gear. For the purposes of the bucket list I don't have any special parameters set other than to catch a fish (any species) using a hook and line.

 

Very cool. Fly fishing in every state might be hard if you actually have to catch something.
