That's one of those hangovers from our early days when we were told shit that really wasn't the case. It is both common and allowable.

P.S. In this instance we specifically are addressing the use of a coordinating conjunction. Most folks won't flinch at another type of conjunction being so used.

I didn't know you could write checks at a casino. Lol Seems like a bad idea to me. I don't even do the line of credit. I just bring cash with me. We don't have MAC cards. Very old fashioned that way I guess. I only bring the money I am ok with spending and no more. I have credit cards for emergencies and to put on the room for check in but that's it. I wouldn't even know how to set up a credit line with a casino. Do you just do it from your credit union?

Just fill out a form with casino credit at the casino you want, they check your credit, and done. Ok, maybe oversimplified, but it's really pretty easy.

I like using LOC, don't like carrying around a lot of cash, particularly when I'm on solo trips

Yes! We pay cash for everything but not gas. Gas goes on company gas card. We pay all our bills with checks. My husband is very old fashioned with financial stuff.

Depends on the BR. To some it is really hard to carry their BR in cash. It would need to be wired in or a Line of credit.

I will agree that you have the best policy of only bring what you want to spend as your BR.

Too many times I have over tap my LOC and TTO and wished I only played the cash I brought

 

I still have in my wallet a TITO from Mandalay Bay with a typo in it. This is, unfortunately, nothing new for Vegas. And it drives me nuts every time I see it.
