If I am to die trying to hit of the side of the cliff at Pebble #10, I can only wish that I would be able to hear my friends and family come up with some clever comments.

My uncle used to joke about everything and anything. His motto was "if you can't laugh a little, life ain't worth living". I agree. Don't chute me over it.

 

Some serious laughs in this thread. Most clever has to go to, "don't chute."

 

Standing with my dad at the funeral home for his twin brother, when a relative that's a priest walks up, and tells my dad how good his brother looked. My dad came right back with......he freaking should he just spent three weeks in the hospital. We're all going to die....you have to joke around.

 

All this needed was that Caruso dude from CSI saying it and then giving a pregnant pause and putting his glasses on

That was a good line! This thread and the one on the other board sure illustrates the difference between the two.. I'm so over people who are "outraged" at seemingly everything. I probably rely on humor more than I should to deal with life, but too many people walkin' around with frowns all the time!

 

Hypersensitivity and political correctness sucks on so many levels. It's what is killing the country.
