    Re: the paid parking

I saw where Ruffin said he would watch close and if it works and the others do it then he will jump in as well. Which is what everyone did on resort fees.

But I'm curious to see the effect on the non paid properties and how quickly the implement once their garages are packed with MGM property goers?

And did they (MGM) say if it was a per entry fee or a per day fee? If it is per entry that could add up real fast.

I never rent cars while I'm there but just curious as to how this changes people's plans who do rent.

Somehow MGM made Fortunes most admired company list. To the shock on nobody they got a 10 on financial soundness (1 is best).

    Sure, it's no big deal.

So I was I New Jersey and decided to try online gaming on Caesars Palace site. It was a buy in match, I bought in $300, got a $300 match and a $10 bonus. Hit a quad and had $960, cashed out a $660 win.

Then I noticed they had a "self exclusion option" figure I had booked a win, I would surely come back drunk one night and give it back--fuck it I'll self exclude from NJ online, no big loss.

So it gives you a warning that some companies could also exclude you from AC land-based, I've never been, no interest in going, fine.

A week later I go to log into total rewards and my account is disabled.

I root around a bit and find out that CET and Boyd ban you nationwide if you self-exclude for NJ online.

I made 3 Vegas trip after that, and it actually worked to my benefit as I consolidated my play without the CET drain, significantly improving my offers at higher end properties. If I had cut MGM it would be even better.

The funniest thing was Borgota sending me a letter (never been there) that although I can't receive marketing materials because their online and land-based comp systems are linked, I am welcome to contact a host for comped stay any time. They are smart---they use the degen online exclusion list as a marketing tool! Lol.

Anyway that's the story and I have zero regrets--CET sucks. The only reason I played there was cause gaggles and Macker drug me into them.

I'm comped at Wynn, Cosmo, Palazzo---much nicer properties where I prefer to play anyway.

I would imagine that Beejay's case wouldn't be much different than that of an AP who gets banned.
A "ban" done officially is a "tresspass. And yes, casinos are private property, and can exclude you from entering and arrest you if you do.
As contrasted with a card counter in Nevada, law is different in Jersey, who would want to be under the radar anyway, BeeJay would want to get rated and comp value so he couldn't try and come back incognito like an AP might.
    Maybe this is Watanabe result?

    Speaking of self-banning...

I was at one of the local places Friday night and my dealer told me she had a dude come in and sit down, play three hands of $50 blackjack (he won all three) and then called over the pit boss to process a self ban on him. Weird.

Saw something on Facebook today regarding another change that's happened due to the PGP. Apparently Whiskey Down is no longer comping specialty cocktails (value $13) and they now have a jigger that is 7/8 oz. that they are supposed to use for comped drinks. Was there last time no bonus poker, 7/5 JOB and 7/5 DDB. I know @VEGASBJ mentioned on his report a couple changes such as no more Sirius radio in the Rolls and limos. Bellagio Sportsbook had their paytables knocked down from the best bartops on the strip to these levels as well.

I posted this already under Casino development forum, but MGM sold off Crystals Mall today for $1.1b. Selling off assets to raise cash / pay down debt

What will make this even more depressing is if the casino hold on those machines stays the same or increases.
