They show the regular rate on the price owed. Even if you book online through a comp offer, and it shows as a comp offer all the way through, you get that "amount due" on the confirmation.

I don't think this has been answered but I might have missed it. In that example above from Broncofn, is that the rate for all the nights of just one? I am assuming all nights.

yeah but I don't think that's the rack rate or any sort of retail rate. I think it's the comp rate.

on @Broncofn's Mansion reservation, that's showing the comp rate of $1500/night plus tax. the retail rate is $10k/night.

Yes, exactly. It's what I meant but just took for granted as opposed to using my big boy words haha

It's def confusing. I emailed the host that booked my room to ask when I went online and saw the total to be paid. I'm guessing it's quite common/not sure why they wouldn't fix their systems to show $0 if the room is comped

That is what I was thinking too. I have a loft reserved for next week and the rate was way to low for any type of retail rate.

Weird. I've never played Mlife much, so no experience there. But it's interesting it shows the comp rate, that's nice to know sometimes.

Thanks........I feel like it would have been taken care of anyways, but good to know. I know for a fact that 3 years ago, none of my trips ever showed up on MLIFE at all......I always imagined getting to the airport and no limo was waiting because there was no reservation. Personally, I like the fact that I can see the actual reservation.
