Ok so I'm mildly annoyed. I went to check in at Palazzo and was told no rooms left other than a handicap accessible Bella suite. So I had to schlep it over to the Venetian side and got stuck in the Vezina tower. Small shot I move over to P side tomorrow but that's a pain in the nuts because i would have to come back here to move from wherever I am. Far as I concerned Shelden owes me a couple a banana chips for this inconvenience.

Pro? The front desk agent was smoking hot. I'd marry her tonight.

She did give me an extra $50 on my food and bev credit for the trouble.

Waiting for my bags now. Casino was paaaaacked. No seats at Spanish 21 and dice is shoulder to shoulder.

Once the bags get here from Palazzo side I'll go down to the sportsbook

And then time to throw dice a bit.

The lights on the side of V/P are lit up green. Looks cool. Don't think the pic came through good.

On my next trip I have to actually take a Ryanair flight ! Get on the shots and roll the dice RB!

 

Not a good start! We down to the supposed 24hr sportsbook and it was closed. Apparently they shit down for a couple hours because they were understaffed and the ticket writers didn't have time to take breaks. Well fuck.

Buy in at the new craps table the V has by the book. Put down my odds and was told "2x only sir". Say what?!

Well apparently just that table is 2x odds. I asked the dealer why and he said normally it's a $5 table for beginners. Oh.

It was $15 tonight. I colored and went to a $25 3-4-5x table and it was up and down. Decided to go sit down at Spanish 21 with $800. Ran it up to $1300 and then ran it down to $200. Colored and left.

The working girls are out in force. One sat down with the guy playing third base at S21. No shame in either of their games.

Then a girl and her friend sit down. One is hanging on me. She's good looking and I'm waiting for the sales pitch to start. Never comes. She's just touchy feely. I was at first base and made sure my cash and phone were in my right pocket just in case she was going to try to jack me. Got her number. Might contact her at some point.

I'm in the room now. Book opens back at 4am. It's 315 and I'm wide awake. Factoring in the time change I've been awake 24hrs now. I'm not tired and I lost my buzz because the waitresses were slow.

So I may head down to the book if I don't fall asleep and get my bets in so I don't miss anything and oversleep or have to deal with monster lines.

So overall I'm annoyed with V/P and down a grand. Gotta shake the bad mojo and get back at it.

 

Go get them Rocky! And it will be interesting to learn more about the local girl..... Long con?

 

I'm wary and it very well could be. So I'll play it cool for sure. If I still have that doubt in the back of my mind then I'll let it be.

Updated plan of action - as I said I'm on 24hrs awake now. I don't want to be a zombie by noon today.

I'm going to cancel my Mon Ami reservation and reschedule my royal shave for another day. I'll head downstairs now to put in my hoops bets and then grab a bite to eat and bring it upstairs and then sleep. That way I'll get some rest and not feel like hell.

I'll watch some of the early games in the room while getting ready and then go meet my Philly boys wherever they are.
