The reason why I want to try MLife is because I'm looking to branch out from just using CET when I'm in LV, and other than Cosmo and V/P, there's only Mlife to try.

Your best bet with no history is to wire your FM up front. That way you'll get someone to at least take you somewhat seriously. $15K isn't big for MGM, but it's enough to get a host on the phone and once it's there they'll at least get you a comp room booked. Probably a mini-suite or something. F/B probably will have to wait until the end of the trip, but just charge everything to your room and talk to them at the end, assuming you've played.

People say you should wait until the end of the first trip, but that isn't necessarily true. The host will want credit for bringing you in, so they'll be happy to help you once your FM has arrived.

Good advice. FM is nice and credit line is good. I still believe personal reference still holds some value. My host will give a new player some benefit if I send them to her .... however if too many end up being duds it won't hold up .... I take a chance with everyone I recommend but so far I have had great luck with people I send. I am always open to making the connection.

Sounds like you might be using Mark from Cotler who helped me out with Atlantis.
For any MGM properties you could try Bob Rosati from MGM who is in AC.
