Much appreciated, I've had both the Chablis and the Fevre. Will see if I can track the others down in Western Canada.

I decided to try something a little higher than I was used to ($15-$29) and got a bottle of Caymus 2013 Cab at dinner with some coworkers last week. The others who tried it all loved it, was slightly smoother than I expected and I kind of liked it enough that I think I might have to start delving into that range a little more now. I think I can tolerate up to $200 and I'll start exploring now.

Rumor has it someone is bringing a magnum of 2005 SeaSmoke Ten to Turnaround Thursday dinner. On someone else's dime I'll gladly drink it!

Drank the same Marcassin a few weeks ago. Love, love it.
Was the Aubert the Richie or the Lauren? Another big favorite.
Those are two of my favorite wineries anywhere.

the Aubert was UV-SL Vineyard Pinot Noir...while the Lauren and Ritchie Chardonnays are spectacular they just aren't my cup of tea. I'm more of a chablis/White burg guy when it comes to chardonnay.

I'm a babe compared to some of you guys, but I know my styles. I'm with wineguy on Chardonnay/Chablis/white Burg. I also don't think Zin needs to come across like a fortified wine.
