Vegas is synonymous with drinking for me. Bloody Mary's in the morning followed by some kind of fruity drink at the pool starts the day. Then it's beer after beer after beer the rest of the day. Usually light beer for the most part. I visit in the hot months so high octane beers are too heavy. Finally after a long day and usually shot in the ass, a little Sambuca night cap. Sleep. Repeat.

After coffee, I like to play VP with a spicy Bloody Mary or two. Then it's Goose VTs with lime or fresh mint the rest of the day. I primarily enjoy wine at home, but I've not been able to persuade the CW into bringing me a decent glass of cab or nice Toscana on the floor or at the tables. By the time dinner rolls around I'm looking forward to a hearty red or two or three. I've learned to ask for a bottle of water with each cocktail during the day. Next trip-sub soda water for tonic (says the scale after 5 days in Vegas)

Believe me, no concern. Just amusement.

PH went to Dasani about a year ago, but they have changed back to Fiji.

Thank you. The last time I was there was October last year and I didn't get Fiji.

Add another one to the list who drinks like its his job to while in Vegas...

Amstel Light is my go to. I'll get one as soon as I check in and pretty much have one velcroed to my hand until I can no longer drink another drop. If Amstel isn't available I'll go Stella or Miller Lite.

I don't drink booze at breakfast. That's for juice and water to prep myself.

I also mix in shots and mixed drinks.

So basically I get buzzed on the flight in and stay liquored up until I'm on the way to the airport for the flight home.

I tend to be a beer drinker at home, but rarely in Vegas. Local brews, lagers typically. No longer a budget beer drinker, which makes it harder in Vegas, so I don't typically drink beer there.

I often start the day with a mimosa, but I try to take it somewhat slow in the morning, and also get some sort of caffeine. I'm a Diet DP drinker at home, but whatever I can find in Vegas.

Believe it or not, in Vegas I like Dirty Shirleys! Haha, I never drink them at home. Started with a suggestion on an early tip to Vegas by a cocktail waitress and it stuck. They are good, go down easy, and my suspicion is the Sprite help the old tummy feel better ; ) I feel like I can go all day without eating, just drinking my Shirleys and munching the cherries! Damn those things are good!

When we eat, I'll usually do wine (often pairings), though occasionally a few mixed drinks (love the Lychee Martini at Blue Ribbon!)

If I do drink beer, I try to stick with it all day, but frankly, beer often makes me feel bloated when I drink that much, so I don't. This weekend, I think the crowd I'm with may tip me towards beer, we'll see.

Then, if I'm getting too shitty during a late night slot session, I'll switch to hot cocoa w/ whipped cream. Not sure why, but I like it. Sometimes with a cherry on top of course.

I also try to always have a water on me too, and actually drink it, so I'm not a hot mess! But if you see me walking the strip, it's quite probably I'll have a dirty shirley w/ extra cherries!
