First stay was 2008 at Stratosphere. Since has been:

    TI (2)
    MGM (1)
    Delano (1)
    Monte Carlo (1)
    Luxor (2)
    NYNY (4 or 5)
    Mirage (1)

NYNY is home for wife and I. Still want to stay at others but taking the offers while they come.

Mirage Lanai 18 or Villa #6.

They are comfortable and have great service. Truly, anything, anytime and anywhere. Very quiet and private for PT like activity is what I like as well.

My two favorite places to stay in LV are Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons. I am by no means close to being in the income bracket that would allow me to stay at these properties regularly but I find it worth it to spend the extra money to stay at either of these properties at least once per year. Some people like to be in the center of the action, after all you are in Vegas, but I really enjoy the oasis MO and FS provide away from casino. It is sort of a sweet and salty experience for me, I adjust the mix depending on my mood.

If I had to choose one it would be FS, although I think the service at MO is a bit more personal and attentive, the quick access the FS offers to the casino and the dining options push it past MO for me. I do prefer the pool at MO. Last time I was at FS there were a few groups who snuck in to the pool area from Mandalay Bay because those pools were packed. It brought in a bit of a jock party vibe, something that could not happen at MO. I like my pool experiences to be relaxing. The food and drink service at the MO pool was also a bit above the FS.

Right behind these two would be Encore. Although part of a casino it still feels pretty mellow at that property, the service is excellent and the dinning options can’t be beat.

Other hotels stayed at in order of preference:

    Palazzo
    Mirage
    Caesars
    Falmingo
    Ballys
    Riviera
Circus/Circus – yes I am ashamed of this but it is right across the street from the Peppermill.

I like to mix it up and stay at different locations on the strip. North end i always stay at Wynncore these days. Mid strip i like Cosmo or Mandarin but sometimes stay at Aria if i get a real good deal compared to the other two. Nowadays i rarely stay at the south end of the strip but i will give it another try on my next trip in June. On that end Four Seasons is my preference.

I haven't stayed that much off strip but i really liked Red Rock and wouldn't mind staying there again. I will stay at M resort for a few nights before moving on to the strip on my next visit and I'm hoping for a similar experience as Red Rock.

Besides that i have stayed at wide variety of hotels since my first visit since 2002. MB, Luxor, MGM, Hard Rock, Vdara, Bellagio, IP, Mirage, Treasure Island, V/P, Riviera, South Point to name a few.

Favourite hotel would have to be the Golden Nugget, but for a few years it was the Palazzo. I had nearly always stayed on the strip, bar 3 weeks in a Masquerade Suite during the 2006 WSOP, on my first strip.

I played a few poker tournaments downtown in 2011, and got a 2nd room at the Nugget, in case I was really late, and just wanted to sleep there instead of heading back to the Palazzo. Ended up having a great time there, and have stayed there for the following 3 years, rarely visiting the strip. It's also a lot easier for me getting around, because my MS has gotten worse, and they're a little more easy on drink drivers there, than they are at the Palazzo :p

    2006 - Hooters 2 nights & Rio 2 1/2 weeks
    2008 - Bellagio ~ 1 week, IP 3 1/2 weeks, Palazzo 1 week & Palms Place 2 1/2 weeks
    2009 - Caesars 1 week & Ballys 1 week
    2010 - Palazzo 1 week & Wynn 2 weeks
    2011 - Palazzo 2 weeks PHo 1 week & Golden Nugget 3 nights
    2012 - Golden Nugget 2 weeks & Palazzo 1 week
    2013 - Golden Nugget 2 1/2 weeks
    2014 - Golden Nugget 2 1/2 weeks

Missed last year as I wasn't really well enough for a Vegas trip, but everything bar my legs is in much better shape this year, so making up for a missed year, and staying a month this summer :)

We've stayed at a few a bunch of times: PH, Aria, TI, Mirage, Caesars, Flamingo, Paris, Ballys. Our favourite for the past few trips has been Ballys Jubilee Tower, mostly because it's one we can stay for free at and because of the location. Room wise we've had better, but it's hard to say no to free considering we are in the room only to sleep.

I am a low roller who mostly stays in low to mid level places. Of these, Mandalay is the nicest and Aliante the nicest that is a good bankroll fit for me. First trip was IP in 1996 and next trip is Harrah's in two days if SWA cooperates.

I've only been once in recent years, and I stayed at the Cosmopolitan.

    Really loved it!

We're probably going back in January, and it looks like we'll probably stay at the Bellagio.

30-some years ago, I stayed at the Stardust a couple times. That was fun, too!
