seriously? I know that these places all like to use the latest auto fragrance dispensers to make the place smell of sweet flowers, but Eau De Vomite is not the smell I'm looking for. Will follow this up with my host...!!!

Serious. It stank. And I thought the vibe sucked compared to neighboring casinos.

 

I've been to MC a few times (mainly restaurants) and I don't recall the casino as being busy.

I discovered playing craps at PH on my most recent trip and I concur with everything Newmans says ...

 

I used to play at Monte all the time but I'm a Cosmo man now as I can usually play for the minimums there plus I stay at Cosmo now.

 

What made you change casinos (was it the smell on the casino floor! the rooms? change of scenery?). Clearly you like the Cosmo so I'm going to check it out next month when i'm town for 2 weeks. Is the lower Theo calculations at the Cosmo that many are pointing out a bother for you?

 

MC used to be home base. But they've let the rooms really slip. I ended up at nyny for a while before I made the switch to Cosmo. It did take me long to generate room offers at Cosmo so I've been loyal to them and will be until they give me a reason not to be.

 

Well hopefully that will be happening soon.

I'm a low roller but enjoyed a stay at Hotel32 in 2014. Loved it. Loved the tram through to Aria and The Bellagio but the MC itself just didn't do anything for me. Have tried to give it some love a few times since and walked through the casino but just didn't feel the vibe. Chucked some money in a couple of slots and moved on. Not even given craps a chance there.

 

This seems to the opinion of quite a few players. I'll really give the place a good look next month, and work out why it is that I don't try somewhere else. I need to change something to break the losing streak in Vegas....
