With shifter's theo numbers, $250 a hand for four hours, total theo is $521. 30% of that is $156, just enough to cover the basic room.
So the host didn't exaggerate.

 

I was also curious if weekends play into what you are hearing in this case too, are your 2 extra nights weekend nights? Rack rate on even Cosmo's city room on any weekend tend to be pretty ridiculous. I have no doubt that over time, you could probably draw a 4 night comp at Cosmo with much lower established play. But then again it's not going to pull from straight theo then either.

 

Yeah weekend nights. Usually I wouldn't care about the theo needed but given that it's March madness and I will be drinking and watching sports more than a normal trip.. Don't think I want to double book.

 

I can understand wanting to keep it to one property for a trip like that. With the rate of play so high from what the host told you, are you going to look elsewhere?

Just wanted to share that cosmo's cutoff time is midnight. If you are thinking about theo and stuff if you are not gonna play much the last day i would shut it down at midnight.

Yep your welcome. I asked my host because i sometimes like to gamble my last day but if you have an early flight might be better off gambling at another property.
