Dinner is over and we talk to CC about rolling the bones. He did not drink or gamble the entire time with us. Savages took care of that for him. So, once again shifter and I at the craps table was shit. Table was shit when we played the DO and when we switched to the don’t… Some guy rolls 3 numbers and we all get frustrated and flip… PSO. FUCK!

@PayTriple’s turn to roll. Much of the same, we could not get anything going… My turn. Shit roll. CC’s turn… Much of the same. @Jordan’s turn… more shit. @shifter had dipped out and we learned he was playing bacc.

CC came into the Mansion with us and I am walking ahead with another guy and I hear my wife telling CC how good I was at football in high school… I turned around and said “Mrs. BS, you’re telling that to an NFL HOFer…” Everyone chuckled… Then she continued. CC being the polite guy he was welcomed the story and smiled.

We go in for the show. Sadly the cards were shit, but it was indeed a spectacle. Would have been better to see a massive win.

CC rolled out because he had a flight at 11. We went and had some wings at the back of the Mansion. Hot, spicy and delicious.

Everyone kind of disappeared all at once, I think. Trouble remembering what happened at that point.

My last gamble of the trip was coming up…

Go into Whiskey Down and I am down about $2,000 at this point.

Buy in with all of cash on me and say fuck it, let’s play.

Ended up winning $3300

To finish the trip I book the win. Small but a win none the less.

Head upstairs to snuggle with the wife and get about 2 hours of sleep before our flight.

We woke up with just enough time to make our flight at 7:45.

I randomly checked my flight info and learned we were supposed to fly out at 7:25…

I gave us a 50% chance of making our flight at that point. I was being generous. Security was long… My bag got checked, I forgot to take out a Fiji.

We walk up to the door…

Part 10 - The End

I cannot say thank you enough to @shifter. He showed 6 people the times of their lives this weekend. I also have to say thank you to @PayTriple for mysteriously having a 2-BR loft, instead of a 1-BR. I appreciated the hospitality and the true high roller experience. Of course, thank you to @Jordan for being my savage pen pal and staying up at all hours of the day.

To top it all off, I will be in Vegas again in 24 hours. Decided to book the flight because it is exactly the cost the flight would have been if my wife and I had missed our flight last Sunday, so I am rewarding myself with 48 hours instead of 6.

I won $2,400 and had the time of my life, cannot beat that.

Final tidbit, then it is on to trip two.

At dinner I said the jacket looked good on CC. We bantered and I said give me your address and I will make sure you have one in a few days.

Well, this morning I had a text from him. (My suit guy wasn’t so happy with the 1:30AM text last Saturday, but he made it happen.)
