I know I have been married a lot longer and can get away with more things, but I usually just tell my wife my Vegas schedule, and then if it fits in with her schedule as well, she comes along, and if it doesn't, solo trip! Albeit, a lot of the trips are golf related, and she doesn't care to come along on most of those if I am going to be spending most of my time on the golf course, and she doesn't hassle me about going as she knows how much I like the golf tournaments we get the chance to play in.

 

If we didn't have kids, I'm pretty sure my hubs would say yes just about every time, I'm pretty lucky he let's me go as much as I do.

 

Yeah, I'm lucky as our kids are older and self sufficient. When they were younger we didn't get out to Vegas nearly as much. We put in our time already, lol

 

We are fortunate the grandparents and aunt love having our kids, we have to make sure we rotate or they get jealous; )
