I'm happy when I get there. Usually, I'm not that happy on the flight. I'm a considerate passenger. I don't recline my seat. I don't kick the seat in front of me. I don't bring oversized carryons, a laptop bag and massive purse. If you can't lift the carryon over your head......it's too fuckin' big. Ahhhhh....I feel better after that rant.

 

Traveling is a bit like democracy -- you're surrounded by a lot of idiots but such is their prerogative to be idiots.

 

OK, I'm not proud of any of these but

1. I have flown to Las Vegas with a return flight several days later with no room reserved
2. I have skipped out on a tab at a night club because I lost all my money in the casino while using the restroom
3. I have hooked up in a standard 2 queen room with my friends assed out on the other bed
4. I have slept in the Las Vegas airport
5. I have ATM'd at a strip club
6. I have cash advanced at the casino
7. I have borrowed money from friends to stay in the game
8. I have used the line "I'll get you next time" because from the time the cocktail server took my order to when she returned with my drink I lost her tip at the table
9. I have been in a physical altercation at a poker table
10. I have had to use a credit card for the taxi fare from the casino to the airport because I lost the $20 I had set aside for the ride
11. I have drank 3 bottles of PJ at Bally's Sunday brunch in under 2 hours
12. I have never been sober for an entire day in Las Vegas
13. I have had money wired to me because I lost my entire bankroll on day 1 of a 4 day trip
14. I have tripled my bankroll on day 1 of a 4 day trip only to still be in the red when I returned home
15. I smoke over 1 pack of cigarettes per day in Las Vegas even though I smoke 0 per day at home
16. I have ordered porn and disputed the charge at checkout
17. I thought I have beaten blackjack
18. I thought I have beaten roulette
19. I thought I have beaten craps
20. I have ordered a whiskey shooter with a whiskey on the rocks at the table
21. I have gone an entire day without consuming food

Those are just a few. Most of them are from my younger days. I am much more responsible now.

Lol yeah. I'm sure that happens a lot. I started sweating and I'm sure I turned bright red, but I just played dumb. The front desk agent's look was very skeptical and it was embarrassing but I didn't pay for the porn haha.

 

Win or lose, I have the most fun in Las Vegas. I keep going back. Some experiences are embarrassing some are not but all are part of my life.

 

oh yeah no doubt...I bet a high percentage of those PPV's are disputed. Bonus points for a wife or girlfriend being there with the guy at checkout and not knowing it was ordered.
