the problem is what do u do with your wife or girlfriend. there not there target audience, and what will they charge. rember most people come to vegas for stuff u cant do at your home or near bye.and golf is not one of them thats why brooklyn bowl failed and all the concert venues they keep building arent selling tickets and the shows that are empty.

just too much to do, so do you see a show or hit golf balls , go to club then your never waking up. , rember most trips are long weekends.

i think onnce the novelty were's off they will have a problem.


if they can do group sales or target conventions thats great and sell a convention package , but thats will only be around 20 events a year so what happens for the rest of the year.

 

rember gambling isnt vegas largest revenue now its mostly shopping, then hotel and resturants and conventions.shopping is making vegas with overseas buyers

 

no clue what piaute is but top golf would be enlcosed so the weather wont matter if they want to hit a small round ball there.they have ac/dc but axl might be singing so that could keep people away.lol

 

Paiute is a golf course name...peyote is something I need to be able to finish a round of golf...

 

They just build one a year ago in Colorado. As an avid golfer it's not a place I would go to to actually practice. But it's a very fun place to hang out, drink and hit golf balls, especially if you are with other competitive people.

 

i assume your from colorado , so my point is why would u do it in vegas if you can do the same thing at home.. you come to vegas to do differt things or stuff you dont want certian people to find out about and golf isnt one off them.

I agree. I wouldn't go to it in Vegas since there is one 10 min away.

 

thats why alot if not most concert dont sell, but the residecy works if it the only place you can see the artist is a differnt thing , but why travel to vegas and see a band or show that u can see at home for alot cheaper.

look, billy joel is charging 100$ more than the last time he played here because of the new arena.there just price guaging becuase of the new arena

the new concert venue at sls a live nation venue is doing terrible and it just oppened they should have kept it a nite club.

nite club open 3 to 4 nites a week ,concert hall open once a month and the shows areent selling and there over paying to compete with the other venues
