I'll be going to Aria next week. I'll bring $15-20K but use my LOC to gamble.
I will pay markers with cash afterwards if necessary and use the cash if I go to other props.
I do not casino hop much, maybe a bit of bj at Bellagio or MGM.
I don't like leaving with any markers outstanding, maybe it's my mid-western parents' influence.

Even for low rollers LOC is nice. I set up one that's next to nothing for a lot of people here. It's more of a so I don't have to go to bank or atm before leaving town line.

I'm in the same boat. Thinking of buying a house soon. Good to know they don't see LOC's. I only have one set up, but still good to know.

Always take cash. If I take a limo from the airport I usually have the driver take me to the bank (if they're open) and just withdraw when I get to Vegas.

If you leave the country with outstanding markers can you just call them and get them to pull the cash from bank account when you get back?

    markers are checks.

they will just deposit them at the set time or if you tell them to.

believe you have to have a US bank to draw against.

    not sure, though.

@natedog666 might know how it works for internationals.

Your Canadian bank would do the fx conversion, not the casino. If you look at the fx, the bank does a conversion at 300 - 400 basis points outside of the spot rate.
