Thanks for your support Valgal. It's appreciated. My host hunted me down after my email and I had a long chat. I told her I'd always stay in Ballys next time and everyone is saying that there's more to this than is being told now. Something just isn't making sense to any of us. Even we I checked out in the diamond lounge the whole whole thing was ignored and still no apology. I'd have thought at least on checkout they would have said sorry for the inconvenience while you were staying. Nope. The only apology I've had was from my host who has said she will forward my email to the relevant people. Doubt I will ever hear from anyone again and that too will be ignored. Terrible service from Paris. So glad I'm now in my timeshare at Flamingo. They were telling me about the regulations in that scenario and Paris broke many of them.

Still, onwards and upwards and I'm now going to try and forget about it. Off to Death Valley today. Ooh, not sure I like the sound of that after Thursday, lol.
