    You're certainly right that a good restaurant is going to do well in LV and big names help. I just don't care for the names of the hotels. There's a big part of the country btw LA and NY and I dont think any of the folks living there have any idea what the names are supposed to mean. Imagine that... Some Madison Avenue ad agency pitched their location as a hotel name in Vegas. Genius!

    Maybe their take of Eataly will be like the Fulton Street food court at harrahs, but with an Italian heavy spin.

    Also is there enough demand for High End strip lodging? With Aria and Bellagio thats something like 6,500 rooms already in the MGM brand. Then there are Skylofts and Mansion at MGM. I feel MGM is cannibalizing itself and giving up some mid tier space.

    I'd love to see an eataly there. They make some amazing Italian hot sandwiches there with Italian cured meats and cheeses for a reasonable price. I'd probably go there instead of earl of sandwiches as my goto quick bites location if that comes along.
