Have a great time! Looking forward to updates! I went to a whisky tasting at the Golden Nugget in March and it was surprisingly really good. They also crafted cocktails when doing shots got to be a bit much. Felt like my whole body was on fire after sampling 4 or 5 tables selections. Lol The food was REALLY good. Great cheeses and bacon wrapped quail and lots of unique appetizers. Couldn't beat the buzz and full belly for $60 and the live country band was surprisingly tight and fun ( or possibly the whisky made them seem better than they actually were) lol Good luck today!

Sorry, don't have a lot of great gambling photos.

    Started with some Freeplay.

Moved around to some BJ, but the rules here sucks. On single deck BJ, you can only double on 10 and 11. I figured that double deck must be better.

It was, but not much and not enough to make it worth playing. You can only double on 8, 9, 10, 11. So no doubling on an A5 against a 6. Also, no doubles after a split.

And craps is only double on box cars.

So went back to Baccarat, made a few big mistakes, and finished down $2,400. I'm about to head back down and am hoping that baccarat is open this early.

They're making me work. This should be easier.

This Dragon bet thing is pretty cool.

I need to take a photo of the pays. But it's something like 1:1 for a natural, 4:1 for a win by 4, 7:1 for a win by 7, and 30:1 for a win by 9. I haven't hit the 9 yet, but I've been close a few times.

I got backed off on my photos after this one. But we'll see. This was a painful way to win $500, 1-0.

Surprised they didn't bust your pics sooner.
Reno has better bj than Harrahs' dominated Tahoe.
They have more recently put the doubling limits on the Reno single and DD games.
They do have playable 6d, but what was once some great old school blackjack is finally gone from Tahoe and Reno.

This place is definitely geared toward an older crowd.
