I'm going to post ome southwest stuff in my TR soon, but I finally got drink coupons. I read somewhere it was after 7 one way flights. That seems about right.

Could be either way? I am at 8 one ways this year, probabaly only 10 total since I just enrolled last year.

 

I'm usually in first as well but never bother.

I also don't drink in Vegas (not preaching here...) but when gambling for serious money I don't want my 'Tilt 'o Metre' to redline.

 

I'm at around 70 flights since last year with A list preferred status and companion pass. Do you know about companion pass? If not let me know and I'll send you some info on it. Wife had flown for free the last year and will continue to next year as well.

Every thing I researched on the drink tix says 10 because I wasn't sure either. I've only got 13 flights this year and have only gotten one ticket pack.

I'd much prefer your 7 or 8 though.

Not sure if you're talking to me or not, so I'll answer! August is iffy, nothing book. Several weekends we have thing going on.

10 is probabaly right, I don't know, was a long time ago I was trying to figure out if/when I'd ever get a drink coupon.

And, I am the proud owner of 2 new southwest credit cards....all in hopes of a companion pass ; )

hahaha...that's the easiest way to do it!! We love the CP. It'll never be 1st class but the free rides for the other person are worth it

 

I would have to go back and look to see how many times I have used SW but 7 or 10 would sound right. I used US Air for years but when they dropped the direct flights from PIT to LAS I moved to SW.
