I just booked a comp for a laurel premium room with strip view (I'm diamond). Anyone stay in one before? Are they nice? My first time staying at CP finally after 11 trips!

Checking in to one of those rooms today. It means either the Octavius or Augustus towers. Octavius is newer. Augustus will be renovated soon. Augustus is closer to the strip. Octavius closer to the pool and buffet. Rooms are spacious , big bathroom with jetted tub.

Do those rooms come with a fridge? I'm diabetic so I can get a hotel to give me a fridge for free, but I'd like to know before I check in. I'm assuming they would but you never know...

There's a mini bar fridge full of stuff. Not sure how much room you need.

Insulin takes up minimal room but beer takes up much more haha even if a room has a mini bar fridge I've had other hotels (mirage, mgm) give me another fridge on top of that at no charge, so hopefully Caesars is just as accommodating.

    To cp....
You have to ask for the fridge. Being diabetic should be easy for you. The laurel collection rooms are large, larger than all other CET mini suites for a regular room. I almost always stay there. Augustus Rooms are 725 ft2 and Octavius Rooms are 625 ft2, I believe. Both have separate showers and large jetted tubs. Octavius furnishings are a little newer, but strip view with Bellagio Fountain is better in Augustus. Also, as said, Octavius is farther away. I like both and actually love the pool view, it's beautiful and makes me feel on vacation.

BTW. Have you looked into AFREZZA, inhaleable insulin, no refrig needed. Pretty cool, Type 1's are having great results lowering A1C, check it out

No real fridge in the room. Ask at Diamond check in for a fridge for your insulin.....there won't be a charge.

I already emailed to ask and they said it would be no issue to get a fridge for me

Thanks for all the feedback! I'm excited for my first CP experience. I LOVE the Linq and find it super convenient but it'll be good to stay somewhere else after four straight times there
