I believe you are correct. Pretty sure I remember seeing one when I was there 2 weeks ago

 

If your set on drinking Ruinart i would bring a bottle since you usually get better prices on champagne in Europe, also not sure if its available everywhere in Vegas. If you want to drink Veuve you can grab one at Walgreens across the street at PH.

A great value option would probably be skipping the champagne region and go for some domestic sparkling. Im sure somebody in the wine tread could give you some great advise.

From Carbone 2 weeks ago. Enjoy if you decide over Veuve.

 

Bottle of Veuve is around $70- $80 at the shop on 2nd floor cosmo (fairly close to east tower elevators) and at walgreens across the street. Can't remember exact price, but I drank 2 bottles the first day of our last trip, one from each place haha.

 

I did something similar for the wife. Ordered champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and gave them a time to deliver it.
