Yep. I managed a cafe that was dinged because the kitchen staff had just taken food out of the walk-in to prep for the day and when the inspector came they all ran out to the front to see what was going on. He marched past them into the kitchen and wrote us up for having food laying on the prep table. We got a B. The owner called someone and we were reinspected the next week.

If that can happen in a tiny cafe, I can only imagine the politics and money of a Vegas health inspection.
