Today I feel like Rocky..... Yo Pauli, Yo Apollo, Yo Mick, Yo Clubber Lang..........

Today I feel like Joe Namath, Johnny Bench, Ted Williams, Terry Bradshaw.....

Today I feel like Shifter winning 500K at the tables,,,, or GlenBaccarat when winning 200K with the 1-3-2-6,,,,,, or Packer getting so so so hot on the craps table,,,,, or winning a slot payout of 100K...................

You see, on March 1st, this year, I weighed 346 lbs..................... Today I weighed 244.lbs............I've lost 102 lbs..... (168 days)

I know much of the world doesn't care, and I'm good with that,,, because I CARE.!!

    I originally set a goal to lose 80 lbs.,,,, but when I reached 80 lbs. lost,,,,, I said let's go for 100 lbs.....Now I want 120 lbs.....
After the first 25 days it got so so so so much easier. NOT EASY.!!!!!! BUT EASIER....

I literally spent over 100 hours researching and researching before my journey. .. 85 % of the stuff on the internet about weight loss is myths, lies, untruths and baloney,,,, or people trying to make quick money peddling nonsense that they make sound believable.......

I experimented on myself with the best independent research I could find.....I went from a Glycolic state to a Ketogenic state. I studied food and learned what makes the weight come off fastest.....

We've heard of getting the biggest bang for the buck..????? Well, I learned how to get the best and highest quality nutrition with the least amount of calories ,, highest protein,, etc.. etc... And not starve myself....

I was fat most of my adult life, but being 6'10" made me look like King Kong Bundy or Andre The Giant...Now I look like a tall-slim Brad Pitt.....lol..lol....

If you are 6'1" and 280 lbs...... you could be 240 by Christmas,,, easy.....
If you are 6'1" and 315 lbs.,,,,, you could be 265 easily by Christmas...
If you know someone who is 6'5" and 350 lbs..... he could be 285 easily by Christmas,, easily.......

The hardest part of starting weight loss is humility. Being humble enough to realize that we don't know everything and then learn..... Extremely egotistical people don't often lose weight as they know everything and you can't tell them nothing.....
If you need any help trying to lose weight, PM me.... I have the list of best foods and RMR..... no charge, I love to help..

I've combined VLCD and DTIF with RMR and lost 102 lbs. so far............. If you are in Vegas in December, look up, (I'm 6'10"),,,, i'll be the tall skinny, handsome guy.....lol
................good day today,, !!!!! My fellow VB board member friends please join me in my celebration.
    regards,
    Hugo

HUGE congratulations to you, Sir! I lost a ton of weight back in the early 1990s, but now it is all back and then some...Being a system administrator with poker as my main hobby doesnt help .I have lost a little bit in the past 6 or 7 months (roughly 25 lbs) but with no real plan or anyhing like that. I know the joy you are feeling, and you absolutely deserve all of that and more...you literally worked your ass off and reached a monumental goal! Congrats once again....and PM coming...lol..

Thanks Shifter and RabidRat,,,,,, I lost weight by being pretty much sedentary as I walk slowly with a cane...

I believe that I've probably added 5 to 8 years to my life .I'm mid 60's.... Eventually I will eat my new lifestyle way for most of the time and maybe 2 weekends a month have some drinks and crackers ..... Then I hope to maintain the weight loss..... I never want to regain.....Even when I go to Vegas later this year, any weight gain I have there, I know I can then lose it in 2 to 3 weeks after I get back home...

Awesome! Congrats Hugo! Success is the ultimate reward. I'm a mom of 6 so I know what it's like to go UP and down with weight. I'll take my 5'4" 115 pounds I am now anyday! It is NOT easy. You are really tall so you probably look thin now at that weight! I'd tell my husband he could be in the 200's by Christmas but then I wouldn't get my LV trip! Hahaha He's 6'4" and at least 350! He's been big all his life though and never built to be "thin". I'm very happy for you! When is your next LV trip to show off the "Goods"???

First, what a huge accomplishment! A huge congratulations to you Hugo. 102 lbs? Almost 30% of your weight in 5 months. You know some would say that could be dangerous. I don't know but isn't That a lot of stress on your heart? Really hope not though. You did have a plan and I'm sure you had doctor looking over you so I guess your heart, liver and kidneys are all good. Bottoms line, you did it and I'm proud of you. Now hugo, keep it off as it is a life change and wish you health and happiness.
Im 6'5", 250 and hope to get to 229 by September 29 with running and good eating habits. That's 8 1/2% ish of my total weight in 6 weeks. See you at the craps table Hugo where we will together, win that 100k!

Heather, I have an EXTRA large frame too and big boned as they say...I know in many ways how he feels. To test his frame size, have him take his right thumb and index finger and place them in a circle around his left wrist. If the right thumb and index finger overlap a little that is a smaller frame body.... If the right index finger and thumb just touch when encircling the left wrist it is a medium frame.. If they don't touch it is a large frame...

You can let him know that he could live possibly 5-8 additional years a little lighter...... He may want to see his Grandkids marry....

a hearty sincere congratulations! Please post here for everyone to see (instead of answering a bunch of independent PM's) so that anyone interested can follow your program and research,

I know there are a lot of myths and untruths out there - pretty much any radio commerical or infomercial is bogus products that do nothing but cost you money.

I have a friend who is currently following a no carb style diet and he has lost 45 lbs in about 4 months time. I do not see that style diet as healthy though when you are eating all fats and high cholesterol foods all day long. He was at 285 lbs, and is now at 245 lbs. He pees on strips to see if he is still in ketosis stage.

I would love to see your plan to lose about 10 lbs myself.

Not dangerous if you are getting proper nutrition------ protein--- carbs---fiber-----vitamins---minerals..... I sleep so much more soundly too....

Find your RMR and go to a ketogenic state and you can lose that 20 lbs. in no time... HONEST.....

Packer,,, they'll hate us for betting the Dark Side" but we can buy them all drinks with our winnings,,,lol
