    I'm the lone Binion's vote? I feel like the ceilings are six inches over my head, guaranteeing more concentrated smoke per cubic foot than any building in the world.

    Binion's was my second choice, and is probably the correct answer. Binion's seems to have a heavier-than-usual contingent of (heavier-than-usual) cigar smokers on a budget.

    I don't go downtown much. I am not a smoking snob and usually smoke doesn't bother me. My husband and I were in 4 Queens once and the smoke was so bad my eyes were watering like I was crying. The whole casino was a haze. I can deal with the smokey smell, but that was the worst combined smell and irritant.

    I'm suprised no votes for Fremont. When I went there I could move the smoke with my hands and it was everywhere. Not sure if that is worse then the nasty urinal perfume smell the el Cortez has going on. Downtown has a pretty big drop off after the GN imo
