I personally think it sucks, it is low and they are scum. I think it is poor business practice and shows what large corporate execs do when they suck each other off. God forbid, a simple lesson to these fucks is, if they had an erection and no cash, they could not see their regular call-girl/boy to get their nut, could they? I say fuck them!

"Why would we agree to take a discount from someone who stole our house".....

"Creditors accuse Caesars of reneging on promises to repay billions of dollars in debt......while moving assets beyond their reach".......

    Once again, fuck them.

Seriously, the BK Court should make them pay every penny they owe, sell all their shit and keep anything that's left for CET, whatever. This will set precedents whichever way they go.

like them or not, BK laws exist for a reason and they are taking full advantage.

honestly, I kind of like seeing banks get screwed.

serves them right for the way they did the same thing, but then got bailed out by the taxpayers.

Screw all the vendors and all the banks. Watch and see what happens at the banks that do get shorted, they won't in the long run, makes it tougher for the small business owner and the petty individual borrower in the immediate future. Might be wrong, but don't think so.

I tripped across the following article on the Seeking Alpha website, Caesars received an offer for its interactive business. The idea was that proceeds from the sale would fund an enhanced payout for the juniors. It seems as if Apollo and TPG are playing a game of chicken to see who blinks first despite the fact that the Davis report confirmed Caesars was playing a shell game by moving assets around.
