I'm there a lot solo also, not saying that it can't be done, just saying that when I'm there solo, it's a lot more tempting to get a slice of pizza and get back to the tables than it is to take the time and effort to go for a nice dinner. General degeneracy!

 

I'm reading up on craps and baccarat trying to learn to play before my Vegas trip now thanks to Newmans crap talk! Lol Still totally confused. I'm a visual learner and I'm just not getting it. I need to sit and watch other's play to understand it. Do they let people not playing get close enough to watch these table games?

 

Playing BJ left a sour taste in my mouth as the other players got mad as I would hit when most wouldn't if I had a feeling. Sometimes it paid off though and I'm only concerned with my money NOT THEIRS. So I decided not to play it anymore cuz people are assholes. Lol

 

The dealers are very helpful. If you go at a slow time, most dealer are happy to explain things to you. Just tell them you've never played before.
Try midweek early morning at PH.

 

This was how me and the hubs learned. We walked into Pho at 10 in the morning and the table was just opening. We were the only players and they walked us through every bet until we got the hang of it. They were the best dealers I have ever met. We walked away with over 2K between us on a hundred dollar buy in. From then on we were hooked!
