Hey everyone! I have another trip for Las Vegas planned this year and it got me thinking, what sort of things can I do that are not on the casino floor? What sort of things does everyone here enjoy doing, I'd love to hear some suggestions too!

I guess my question is, what are some cool things I may have not seen before and does anyone have any tips for doing cool things away from the casinos? Look forward to hearing all the responses!

Depending on what time of year......I've been hiking out at Red Rock a few times. It's good for a change of pace.

I read about a Hoover Dam Kayak tour . People loved it and highly recommended it. It sounded fantastic.

I think this is the company...........

Whilst I'll be arriving in Vegas on the 10th April, I have friends coming in and we are planning on the 22nd and 23rd April for hiking activities. Is there a link that will give us a MAP to follow for a decent trail (with respect to Hiking out at Red Rock Canyon) that you would recommend. Thanks. (It took me nearly 17 years to finally take a Helicopter Tour of the Grand Canyon...and so 21 years for Red Rock Canyon is probably on par with that...)

The 2 times I've hiked at Red Rock, we just went on our own. The trails have well marked entry points.
Friends have also done a guided hike and enjoyed it.
