Who did you call to find out where your seats were (or to find out that you are in Group A)? Box office? Host?

 

I called the VIP services number for Diamond card holders. It rang in to Bally's and then I was transferred over to someone else. She setup my hotel reservation first and then reserved my tickets. I asked her what kind of seats they were and first she said they were first come, first served. Then a little bit later she said I would be receiving the "A" type tickets. I still have no clue where the seats are yet.
