has anyone been to it or more to the point, understand it? Apparently they have cut part of the casino floor out and divided it without walls to make it a type of laid back atmosphere that is still in the casino - with a pool table. Just seems silly to me, but what do I know.

it was supposed to be like lavos club.

its a more upscaled place to play and relax in a soft club atmosphere nothing to think about.

there just targeting differnt people with differnt types of places to play , this is targeted to the 21 to late 30's.

God it is a joke I was surprised to see on pakers video there was actually people in it.

They can't be out much for construction cost and a few TV purchase and pool table. Can always put slots back in if it doesn't work out

there just trying to get younger people to gamble and girls who want to hang while there boyfriends gambles,

    its less intimating.

    its a smart move .
people buying drinks make much more money than gambling now so there trying to give a notice atmosphere for.

when intrigue opens there going non edm, should be interesting how that works out or how the hotel handles it.

Heard edm is sliding some people were bitching saying edm festival miami this year had lost its luster. Wonder what would happen if the club scene started to decline.

Isn't this, the same concept that MC did with their casino? The pool tables, couches etc.

thats not what i heard about miami, edc is the thing for a while, but once there contracts are up i bet they get a pay salery cut.as there are to many clubs, going to an edm club in vegas is like going to a real concert not a nite club.

there still a few under contract but after that if the new clubs make it with out edc djs then there screwed.

    everything goes in cycles.

but you wont get 6000 people to go to hakkasan without some reason to much competition

If the club scene started to decline, they'd change the music they play at the clubs. At least, that's what I think ... people love the experience and the fuss and the atmosphere and riotousness of it all ...

I have played over here a couple times since it opened and I have not been impressed. I came back a second time kind of expecting something awesome and it just wasn't there. Baccarat is a no commission game which is somewhat tolerable(Get paid 1/2 on 6 value winning banker) but the blackjack is terrible (Basically unplayable). The one prop I will throw out is I probably had the hottest dealer I have ever had in Vegas at Encore players club. She was dealing baccarat and I was asking her about dealing there and she said she has dealt at Encore for a couple years. I was caught by surprise as I thought she was a party pit dealer hired for her looks. Apparently all of the girls there are normal dealers and not party pit hires.

yeah, this sentiment is what I expected. An unusual fail for Steve Wynn. He's probably slipping in his old age. Speaking of which, wonder will happen to his stock and that of Addelson when they die -- the latter of which looks like has already happened.
