Why do I feel like I'm in a subway concourse, or even better, the Houston underground, when I walk through the Linq.

Stayed at the linq for the 1st time (first time even gambling there since it was IP). The bj games are pretty bad. Only 2 3:2 games, 1 8 deck shoe and 1 2 deck pitch. The rooms weren't bad, I'd definitely stay there again. Only complaint would be the slow elevators though they do have the hidden set of 3 behind the first bank.

I like it more now than when it opened. It has grown on me a bit. But parts of it suck rocks and do come across as pretty sterile rather than modern or whatever the f+ck kinda thing they were going for.

IKEA chic. The look is played. I do like Tag though.

If CET was in a better position before the Quad/Linq project, I'm guessing that the IP would have been leveled for a Horseshoe property.

I guess not many people have been in a subway concourse. Lots of cities have underground concourses full of shops, restaurants and services. When I walk through the Linq, with the somewhat narrow corridors and somewhat low ceiling, that is how I feel.

Somewhat tired of addressing this particular topic, but my meds, in the somewhat low dosages I take, do not make you feel goofy, they just prevent you from feeling bad. Thank God for them, they surely have saved my life.

    So there.

    Somewhat.

Been a while since I've been in the DT Houston Tunnels. But I can get what you are saying.
