Not including the boutique operations or high roller enclaves within base properties, which base casino property is the most luxurious and highest quality?

Don't vote on which has the best gaming vibe or restaurant selection or where your luck is greatest, simply basing this on which property is the crime de la creme of luxury mega-resorts in Vegas.

Factors to be considered: room quality, ambiance, construction and layout of the resort, fit and finish, general feeling of luxury.

I voted for Encore, but its really close enough to be a tie b/n them and Aria IMO.

Also, you omitted Cosmo from the choices.

For me, it's Aria. A few years ago I would have said Wynn/Encore, and before that Bellagio, but Wynn is far too club-oriented now to the point where they care about that more than the rest of the property (and they keep stripping out all the little Roger Thomas design details that made the place so special), and Bellagio is nice but too mass-market to feel actually nice anymore (plus, again, no more Roger Thomas).

    DOH! Stupid, stupid, stupid!

Effective immediately, the Golden Nugget/ Red Rock/ M Resort choice is for Cosmo.

Shifter, I can't update it... Anything you can do?

10 choices seems to be max on the poll, so I couldn't add another one.

Thanks for editing the 10th choice. I don't think there will be much heartache over losing those three properties from the poll. Cosmo is a contender. The Golden Nugget, while nice, is obviously nowhere near the level of the others. Ditto for Red Rock and M Resort.

    Thanks Shifter!

What's getting rated? You excluded casino vibe and restaurant selection, but clearly common area atmosphere and choice are huge factors. Pool, restaurants, bars, and casino need to be included.

Perhaps, if you don't like the parameters set forth, you can lick me nuts. You had to be that guy. I don't plan on dying tonight. There will be time for me to post additional polls for you to bitch about.

    1.Wynn Fairway Villa
    2. Mirage Villas/Lanais
    3. Bellagio Villas

Prefer Mirage due to the proximity to everything (Casino,Car service, leaving to go off strip, privacy, top butler service) and comp value for the luxury.

Curious how you feel about the casino in Mirage vs Bellagio (crowd, people).
