Looks like I'll be heading into LV in July to catch the JLo concert and am trying to secure a comp room at Cosmo; I don't have any play history there but have been offered a Terrace Suite. Is that something that I should be excited about? I know nothing about the hotel or the rooms. Your thoughts are appreciated.

Haven't stayed in the Terrace Suite class of rooms but the Manfriend and I stayed in one of their fountain view Terrace Studio rooms back in January, on the 68th floor of the East tower. It was pretty fabulous - especially the view! Even though it was chilly then and we weren't really in the sun, we made a point of going out to enjoy the fountains and the view each day. The only real thing that I would nit-pick about is that the jetted tub was fine for one person, but was definitely not sized for two adults. If you don't have romantic visions of champagne bubble baths, though, that probably isn't worth worrying about. ;)

Fantastic food options abound in that hotel - good Bloody Mary in the Chandelier Bar (everyone talks about the Verbena but I haven't had one yet), Secret Pizza kicks ass, Rose. Rabbit. Lie. was unusual atmosphere (in a good way) and very delicious food. Plus, there is a Walgreens right across the street so grabbing essentials and stocking up on booze is dead simple. Enjoy!

I'm staying in one this weekend unless I decide to downgrade. I'll take pics if I do, but if not, I have pics from an old trip. Swing by my TR tomorrow night :) I get in around 10 Vegas time.

You can see pics and layout on their site. Nice part is the fridge if you need it. It's full size, part of it is minibar but rest is available :)

IMO Cosmo has really nice rooms. The terrace suites are great. I'm sure you won't be disappointed in that room.

Terrace suite with a view was my first room at Cosmo. You won't be disappointed

Tip at checkin and ask if you can get a decent view, in case the fountain view isn't included.

Good news - all terrace suites have a fountain view! Check out room77, it has hotel layouts /Floorplans with room types :) it helped me remember it. They are also only in the west tower.
