Thanks! Yeah that was one helluva draw. I saw all the aces and the small card as they were being dealt but it took a few seconds to actually register that my night of taking it on the chin was over in a big way!

 

As a micro-roller, these are nowhere near as impressive as some of the other ones on this board. As a broke college kid, I can't complain, though.

With a week to go until my Vegas trip, I went to Cripple Creek to tide me over. Hit my first Royal at Bronco Billy's on Friday, and then a 10x straight flush on Saturday. I'm hoping I didn't use up all of my luck before Las Vegas... Last trip I blew $160 on quarters without a single 4OAK or ever being up, so I'm not sure if I should be gun shy this trip or hit VP hard.

I've never had a dealt royal yet either. Have had aces with the kicker dealt already. Hoping for a dealt at the end of this month.

 

Had aces dealt once at ballys sports book. Also had one margaritaville casino where I threw everything and got aces with kicker. I'm also 2 for 3 with dealt aces and getting kicker on the draw

When I hit the Royal I couldn't believe it. It registered that it was a flush, then I wondered if I hit the Royal, then I saw the 4000 credit payout and freaked out. It brought me back to even from a rough Craps buy in.

For the 10x straight flush, I threw away a queen which had given me jacks or better, for a guaranteed 150 credits. My buddy who I brought up for the first time was in the middle of asking me why I threw away a winning hand when I connected for a cool 2500 credit payout.

I think I'm hooked on Triple Play STP machines... Could be dangerous when I get to Vegas on Thursday with my comparatively large bankroll.
