So I'm headed out Saturday for 2 nights and then out to NorCal for 3 nights and then back to Vegas for 3 nights for the UFC fights.

I'm only headed out this weekend for the $10k Brioni suit they're giving away. I get measured on Sunday and pick out the fabric and other details and they custom make it for me and send it to me in a couple months. Pretty sweet promo if you ask me.

Then it worked out there's a BJ tourney at MB on Sat. It's 300k WTA and I'm AQ to semis so I just need to win my table to make the final table. Then it also worked it Andrea Bocelli is performing Sat night so we'll go see him.

After 3 nights in wine country I head back for 2 tourneys as well as the UFC Aldo vs Mac which is IMO the biggest fight in years. I've got front row tix of course so it's gonna be awesome. Any my host set me up on the jet to come back so that will be nice. If I only lived closer I could use the jet every trip but from where I live it's a seven figure CL.

There's a 75k BJ tourney at Cosmo Fri/Sat and I got invited to a 100k WTA BJ tourney at the Cromwell with only 30 players on Sat. Never been to any Caesars property so I'm just in it for the money.

There's also 2 smaller UFC fights at Cosmo Thu/Fri nights. So I'm bringing my buddy who's a huge UFC fan and we're gonna go to all of them. I got us a 2br villa in the Mansion with a pool. First time staying in a villa with a pool so we'll see if the 6k sqft is enough for the 2 of us. My other buddy who lives in LA might drop by as well.

Unfortunately all the degens are "fully committed" and won't be able to join the festivities. Sucks for them.

I make a lot of trips to Vegas so this is unusual for me as I've been looking forward to this trip for months because of the huge UFC fight. I haven't been this excited about a Vegas trip in years.

There will definitely be lots of ridiculous dinners with many bottles of DRC and degen gambling all hours of the night. I'm hoping to lock in my first 500k win.

As the thread title says - maybe. No promises on any live updates but we'll see. But you can guarantee if I win 5 grays the first night there will be live pics!

I'm going to try to get out to Shadow at least once.

A quick update. It's been a blur since I got here.

Straight from the airport to MB for the BJ tourney. I was in it till the last hand but didn't hit and finished 3rd at my table. Needed to win the table to advance to the final table.

Played a little Bacc and won some money before dinner at Le Cirque. Had a great meal with the 2010 La Tache which is one of my fav vintages. Went to play Bacc after dinner. It started down then I was way up then I hit a bad streak and tilted and lost a bunch. So not good so far. But I did go to the B today and won some back so that helps.

Having dinner soon at the Mansion with the sommelier from Le Cirque. He's picking the wine!

2001 Montrachet DRC for dinner. 12k for the bottle. Best white wine in the world.

They had a 2011 for 6k but if you're going for the best, go for it!

It was the most amazing experience really. I'm definitely a red wine drinker but I can appreciate a good white. This was well beyond just appreciation. The lemon upfront followed by the honey finish is indescribable. Honestly I would put it on par with the 2010 Romanee Conti as the best wine I've ever tasted, even above any La Tache. (sacrilege I know!) I'm definitely drinking the bottle of 2011 next weekend!

On the plane now. Will be headed back on Thu and pick this up then.

The balcony in the villa last weekend.

    This was just a 1br.

The big villa is next weekend and I'll post more pics.

Golf + more gamble + UFC next weekend.

Had an average dinner last night here in wine country but the wine was really good. They had a 50% Monday special on a bunch of bottles and I picked this pinot. After the discount I think it was about $40 and was really amazing. It took 10 minutes to open up after decanting which is very unusual for a Sonoma pinot. Very interesting and very good.

Headed to dinner tonight at The French Laundry.

I had forgotten to make a reservation and they book 2 months out, but I finally found a friend with a connection and he made a call and they squeezed us in last minute.

The French Laundry was an incredible experience. Definitely once in a lifetime.

The truth is I'm spoiled by the experiences in Vegas. TFL was certainly a cut above but do you really need that extra level to make you feel special?

I had a 2003 Romanee St Vivant DRC. Most expensive bottle of wine I've actually paid for at $2k. Definitely good value as far as DRC goes compared to the bigger names like La Tache and Romanee Conti.

At the fights again tonight sitting in the same seat lol.

There's no wallpaper. Both the dining room and media room have embroidered fabric on the walls. Really nice in person.

They say it's a little over 40hours of labor for a basic custom one..
