so I'm headed out next week. original plan was to go on Saturday and catch the UFC + SB and then play some golf, but something came up on Monday and I had to reschedule. so I'm headed out Tuesday afternoon.

the main purpose of the trip is for the 1M CNY Bacc tourney at MGM. no AQ upfront because they do this stupid earning thing where you get AQ based on your theo for the trip. so 75k theo from Wed-Sat gets you AQ to the QF and 150k gets you AQ to SF. it's a lot of theo either way, but 75k should be doable for me to at least get to the QF. 150k would be awesome and possible, but doing that in 3.5 days is going to take a ton of play matching my biggest trips ever. so unlikely.

hopefully, I'll have my usual accommodations in the Mansion, but my host said this weekend is shaping up to be bigger than NYE in terms of the players in town and I'm actually in danger of being bumped down to the Skylofts. we'll see how it shakes out.

also going to play some golf and enjoy some good wine! so tune in if that's your thing...

 

Good luck!. I like the way (facetious) that MGM structures the tournament by making their highest bacc players have to play a lot to generate theo to get an AQ. They will make more from these players than what they are paying out for the tournament. It is a free roll for them! Especially mid-week when it is generally slow for them. Hit 'em hard and take it down!!

Totally agree Shifter! With your leadership, I think the forum can be run much better and attract more traffic. Key: getting Packer, Brocofn, Beejay, VegasChic, Sindustry, BS, Jordan, Superrocky, first kill and whoever often contributes often onto this board, traffic will go up significantly..
