Not a high roller trip, but it will be interesting.

In 2 weeks , I am turning 50. Holy fucking shit, I am getting old. This trip will be my last before being my friends can call me a “old fucker”. As a tribute to my youth, have not cut my hair in months and have a late 80’s semi-mullet working. Did it for fun, and told my buddies it will stay until after Vegas. Though I am getting up there in age, still have the spirit of a 30 something, just more knowledge. I think never getting married, and going thru a divorce has helped maintain my youth compared to my friends the same age.

My group is my big little brother and 5 lifelong buddies. No ladies were invited on this trip.

3 of my homies were with me in for a 2015 March madness in Vegas, the trip was a total degen, and drink fest. This year will be the same but bringing 3 more. I also have a high school buddy that knows us all well that lives in Vegas. He is been in Vegas for 25 years and has lost his zeal for Mecca, so he will see us here and there.

The participants are not as well versed in Vegas, as me, but everyone is a low to mid roller with past experience. We party, gamble, and drink with the masses, and staying at the D casino. for most of the trip

We are still very close and everyone is very familiar with each other. Some drink more than they gamble. Some gamble more than they drink. Most of us do both.

I am heading out a few days before them, as I am in need some of some serious gambol time before the party arrives. Last year with them, I left without getting all my chips in, and felt a little cheated.

I’ll be staying at my favorite gambling spot the “Gold Coast” for 2 days then to the D casino for 4 days. Haven’t been to GC much recently, but it has been my favorite spot for good vibes and comfort at the tables.

I am mostly a green chip player, and my bank roll will be 5k. My buddies will be red/green chip guys and will be probably be offering up to 2-3k donation to the casinos to take. Most will play BJ, and bet basketball. We will all play craps together at times. I will be playing craps, BJ, UTH, Roulette, and or PiaGow when drunk. Poker is iffy.


Don’t expect many slut videos. Play about $100 total in these, and the VP is also not my best game. Never hit a Royal. A hand pay for me on a machine would be a longshot.

I depart tomorrow, and arrive I in Vegas Sunday about 3:30pm. The others come in on Wednesday, March 2nd. We all depart on Saturday the 5th in the afternoon

Most of my buds have not stayed Downtown, I chose this as some of us get polluted and it is easier for the entire group to get to the room, and less driving in the evenings. Also lots to do for those that don’t gamble as much, or want lower stakes when the cash tank levels are on low.

On my first few days being solo, I will moving around a shit ton and seeing a lot of props and off-strip locales that I have not seen or been to in a while. Going off-strip is kind of crazy, as you can run into some riff-raff. I will definitely be dressing down to not look like a benjamin carrying tourist. The alcohol intake will be moderated during the daylight when off property as a solo.

Except for a show at the Trop,( Raiding the Rock Vault") will be mainly be casino hopping, and enjoying each other’s foolishness, and company.

I will be on tapatalk regularly doing a live report for the first 3 days, the last 3 will be intermittent. Expect a lot of photos of around Vegas, and some quick notes. Not bringing a laptop, or I pad, so my comments. Will not be lengthy. I will do a big wrap a day or so after rehab.

Gambling budget breakdown=5k 2k+ for Craps, 1k-BJ, 500-UTH, 500-PGP, 500-roulette, and $500 misc.( keno, sluts, and VP) Total =5k

Misc Budget=2k 600 licker, 500 food, 500 misc. entertainment, 400 non-gaming tips.

Goal= win 5k, net 3k profit for trip. Everyone has safe and memorable trip.

Recently bought a Samsung Galaxy 2 camera. Neat camera for doing Panoramic and night pics. Can immediately take some better photos, and vids and upload direct to web.
Will hope to use this for some good pics during my daily escapades.

Since 50 qualifies as 'senior' status at more places in LV than most other cities, there are certainly benefits for comps and other club perks. Have a great time, especially on the solo part. I arrive at GC on 3/10 myself and I hope to collect the loot you can't fit in your suitcase...
