So I decided to drive about 75 mins to Diamond Jo for a few hours because Geotwink was in the Twin Cities for a bachelorette weekend. On the way I stopped at a gin joint on the way and slapped in $60 on a $3 pull tab box.

Bang, up $640 before I even start. The whole point was to go play so $1-2 NL which is not offered in Minnesota. Tables were full so I put $100 into a $5 WoF.

So I forgot to mention that on the way I was grooving to @Chess music, with BBD turning into 2-1-3.

And when the straight porn came on, I figured life was golden like a shower.

But poker was predictable. Bought in for $100 and ended up losing it all. Folded queens post flop vs aces. Was up $75 or so then had to fold queens post flop again when I correctly read guy hitting top two on 7-6-2 flop. Had $100 in and had to fold. Bummer.

No Luxky Duck here so I put in $300 on WoF again and hit a $250. Went to a $5 craps table and went iron cross, hit all my come bets and walked up $72. Pit boss had a "pitch counter" in his hand keeping track of how long each shooter rolled. Not sure why that is relevant, but whatever. This Iowa table had the "all" bets. Put a buck apiece on my own roll but no good.

Figured that was it for the night but put $100 into a 5-play STP VP game. Decided odds were crap, but played it anyways . Second hand I got a 2x multiplier and hit one full house. Walked. I left the casino itself down $37.

Hit the same gin going on the way back home and threw $100 at pull tabs again.

So the moral of the story is is I lost $37 at the casino itself but netted like seven bones on pull tabs. GOODNIGHT NOW!
