Shrimp Sliders (or clams, mussels, crab)

    4 ounce cream cheese
    1/2 cup mayo
    3 cups sharp cheddar
Jalapenos (your taste for the amount)
Cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes
    Mint leaves chopped up
4-8 cooked crispy chopped up bacon slices
    kosher or course salt
    black ground up pepper

    Small (sliders-remember) type buns/croissants, etc.

Mixing bowl, cream cheese, mayo until real smooth, stir in cheese, pimentos, cayenne/pepper flakes, and bacon. Stir very well. Now add, S&P, mint other seasonings., add anything else to your taste.

14 Large Shrimp ( or whatever you choose) cooked and cooled
Thin slices of avocado or pineapple

Coat each side of the bread with your mix
Place a couple shrimp and avocado/pineapple inside

    Enjoy.

    Sweet Sausage or Meatballs

(Your choice of sweet Italian sausage or beef meatballs)

1/2 pound yields about 24, or 1 pound about 40.

Ingredients are for 1/2 yield, double or to taste for more.

    1 Cup shredded mozzarella
    1/2 Cup self rising flour
2 tablespoons olive oil, or bit more
    24 fresh basil leaves
    24 slices of cherry peppers
    24 jalapenos
    24 small cherry tomatoes

    24 large decorative toothpicks

Oven preheat to 375, line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix the sausage or meatball with the cheese, flour and seasonings if desired such as black pepper, add the olive oil.
Bake approx. 12 mins, turn them half way through.

Put the cherry tomato on the toothpick first.
Then the slice of cherry pepper
    Then the slice of Jalapeno
    Then the Basil Leaf
    Then the meatball.

You can also wrapped a piece of bacon around them that is 1/2 way cooked as they are starting to cook on the baking sheet if you like!

Come on, don't buy the stuff in the frozen bag, make it yourself!

    Enjoy!
