It would be nice to have a calendar page that shows the board members trip dates. Once they have booked their trip they can add this to the calendar to assist other that may want to meet up or align their trip easier. The meet up thread works but is time consuming to collect the info to see if others are in town, or scheduled.

you can add your trip to the calendar when you create your TR.

it links back to the TR thread.

Where a new TR is started is there a date field we must enter that is used to populate the calendar?

I haven't been on the computer yet to try this, can multiple people link to the same thread, like the meet up or roll call thread? Might still work then if they aren't doing TR
