If you prescribe this to your patient you should go to hell. I've spent the last three months in an out of body experience. Brutal at the best. Hell at the worst. I threw my pills in the toilet and I feel like a new man. I know mental health and that is taboo, so I throw it all on the line. I feel more like myself today that in many years. I feel like it's been a rebirth. Thanks to every one for the misguided valuable amazing advice.

Exhibit A for why one shouldn't suddenly stop antidepressants.

It's so crazy. Supposed to be some sort of miracle drug? They gave it to me because I had anxiety stress and high blood pressure. Nothing to do with depression. It sent me into a tailspin of craziness and depression. The drug is evil, and you're right, doctor's are entirely too loose with something so dangerous. I literally was out of body and unable to cope with anything. Hard to explain. Give me anxiety over that madness any day of the week. No wonder our country is jacked up. If our youth is running around on this stuff there is no hope.

If any one of your love ones are on this or something like this, talk to them about it. These drugs are taboo, so it will be difficult but it is worth it trust me. The drug is evil. It's hard to explain what it did to me, and it may work for some, but for me it could not have been worse.

Lol. Talked to my doctor first. Didn't suddenly stop. Recommended I take 3 of them over a week to cycle off.

    The shit is poison.

More like Exhibit A of why you shouldn't necessarily take something simply because your doctor recommended it.

I agree, I have doctor that I like but he is always quick to perscribe something. Except for routine BP medicines, I ignore his advice on meds. I struggle with some past sports related back disc issues and just say no to pain meds or muscle relaxors. Usually stretching, getting active outdoors and eating healthier is the key to getting my mind and body right.

I agree. Plus some studies have shown that aerobic exercise has a positive effect on brain chemistry without the side effects of pills. I hope you continue to feel well.

I wonder what Forrest would say? He seems a smart, reasoned new member.
