Maximizing time in Vegas. Partying. Different groups. Yes, the gambling will suffer but why not go balls to the wall for a few trips? I love my sleeping trips and I love my go hard the entire time.

Yeah, this one was all about balls-to-the-wall partying. It was a large group of guys, really from three distinct groups, and no one really knew each other. So someone had to be the catalyst and keep it all together and lead by example ... boom. There I was. Haha.

 

On the whole it was a very good meal. The pig was out of this world. I'd go back for that easily. It was perfect. But the steaks were good and interesting, but the value and quality compared to some other steakhouses wasn't quite there. The sides, though, were great. I'm glad I went, but it wouldn't be in my top couple steak choices. I love Jose Andres, so I was really wanting to like it, so maybe I held it to a bit of a high standard.

That pig, though ... dude. Flipping amazing.

 

I like the way you do Vegas. And I know about the kid impact, I have 3 myself. But where there is a will there is a way.

Trigger if your inside of or close to Minneapolis, you should try them at Haute Dish. They have a General Tso's sweetbread dish that has a healthy dollop of foie gras on fried rice. It is fantastic and easily approachable.
