Since the Warriors won Game 1, my position is now 3000 to win 1960 if the Warriors win the Series. (BTW, if I had bet 3000 on the Warriors at -210 moneyline on Game 1, I would have won 1429.)
The Cavs are now +230 to win Game 2, and +310 to win the Series. If you parlay these two bets, the odds become +1100.
So, I made a hedge bet that the Cavs win game 2 AND the Series: 240 to win 3240.
If the Cavs win Game 2 and end up winning the Series, I will win 240.
If the Cavs win Game 2 and Warriors win the Series, I win 1720 (1960 - 240).
If the Warriors win Game 2, then I will hedge again on the Cavs on game 3 to protect my 3000 bet. The odds of the Cavs coming back from 0-2 will likely be even higher, so I shouldn't have to put down too much.

I like it. Guaranteeing a win, although after last night's game, with GS not at their best, they still took care of business

The interesting thing is that they let me parlay an individual game with the Series result. Since these two are related events, the game result will affect the "true" odds of the series outcome, so I wonder if there is an algorithm to predict the optimal play based on each possible outcome.

After GS stumbled in their home opener against OKC I was fairly certain they'd win yesterday.
    Sunday should be really good.
    Good luck PT

I ended up net zero after all my bets on this series, details in my TR. Congrats to Lebron and the Cleveland Cavaliers!

I'm SO disappointed that the whole series turned after Draymond called LeBron a 'bitch"! But while I'm a 40 year Warriors fan, since we moved to the Bay, and rooted for them till the end, I still have "love" for the Cavs. I lived in Akron when the Cav's franchise was awarded to Cleveland. John Johnson, Bingo Smith, Austin Carr (my favorite), Lenny Wilkins (his late years) and others. Even though I'm sad that my Warriors made the wrong kinda "history", by dropping a championship-series they led 3-1, you just can't be a true NBA fan and not have marveled at the performance LeBron and Kyrie put on to win the title. Steph wanted the series to end... LeBron wanted a title!

Never in any championship sports history that I can recall has one player so totally dominated.
Even given it's only a 5 man game, Lebron led BOTH teams in points, assists, rebounds, blocks and steals.
And there were a few other players in this series who can rebound, pass etc.
Truly remarkable how much he wanted this one.
